The humble beginnings of this website started back in 2003, when I published a first webpage ever talking about the island. It was a diary describing a trip around the island my friends and me did. Soon after a while I started adding photos and texts, which covered more and more topics… The old website was hosted at the address www.otok-susak.host.sk

In the fall of 2007 I started working on the English translation of the site. It was finished around April 2008, when I moved site to the new address and faster web hosting service.

Up to this point, this has been a one-man-band show, which I hope to change. I’m open for all kinds of cooperation. So if you have a good story which could be published on the blog, have some photos or videos of you might want to share with others, feel free to contact me …

The next goal of this website is to grow both in content and quality. All help in reaching this goals is welcome!
